Diego’s work

His hard work behind our beans

Our coffee begins in Colombia, in the mountains of Venecia, Cundinamarca, where Diego’s farm sits at 1.600 meters above sea level. But more than a place, this coffee comes from a life devoted to the land.

Diego grew up in a family of coffee farmers. Coffee has always been part of his life, but he chose to go further, studying agronomy to understand the soil, the plants, and the delicate balance that makes a farm thrive

His plantation grows in a healthy, diverse environment, where plants, animals, and native forests coexist. This diversity is essential: it protects the coffee trees naturally, strengthens the ecosystem, and brings balance to the farm. It also plays a quiet but powerful role in the flavor of the beans, giving the coffee depth, character, and authenticity.

Diego is committed to protecting the land. He cares for native animals, preserves forests, in a way that honors the natural rhythm of the region.

Harvest time is a family effort. The coffee cherries are picked by hand, carefully selected. Diego works also creates opportunities for others in the community. After harvest, the beans are sun dried, a traditional method that requires patience, attention, and time.

Diego believes that good coffee deserves appreciation, and we believe that dedication deserves respect. His passion, kindness, and courage have earned his coffee awards in Colombia.

This is single-origin coffee, grown and processed with traditional methods, deep knowledge, and genuine love for the craft. Diego doesn’t just plant coffee, he studies it, understands it, and cares it from seed to cup. Thanks to his expertise, we are able to offer a coffee that is honest, expressive, and full of life.

If you choose to enjoy our coffee, you’re tasting more than beans, you are tasting a story, a place, and the care of a farmer who truly believes in what he does.
