Washed Coffee Beans

Single-origin coffee beans. This 100% Arabica coffee is mountain-grown at 1,600 m.a.s.l. In the washed process, the coffee is carefully rinsed before drying, removing all fruit juices from the bean. After the beans have dried they are selected so for the roasting the quality stays.
This natural drying preserves the bean’s clean structure, lighter color, and aromatic clarity, resulting in bright acidity defined flavors.
